Neal's Yard Remedies- Safe, effective skincare for the whole family!

What are you putting on your skin?

By Debra Ferrie January 10, 2017
If there's one thing I learned about skin care in the last 4 years, since joining Neal's Yard Remedies ( aka NYR Organic), it's that many popular brands are chock full of questionable chemicals.
NYR's philosophy is simple " When in doubt, we leave it out"
I wish I knew these things years ago when I slathered on lotions (on myself and even my kids) that were full of dyes, chemicals, parabens and the lovely "parfum" which could be a concoction of hundreds of things.
Nowadays, my skin looks so much better because I have switched to NYR Organic. Plant based, natural, organic skin care line which I proudly represent and love to share with everyone!
A little about NYR. They started in 1981 (How old were you then?) in a funky little area of London called Neal's yard, hence their name "Neal's Yard Remedies". They sold skin care and herbs for holistic remedies.  More here

They were the UK's first retailer of organic skin care. A little "hippie" skin care line which now everyone knows is the safest type of skin care to use.
Nowadays there are brick and mortar stores in 25 countries and people around the world LOVE the Neal's Yard Remedies line.
They're the best selling natural skin care line in Japan and Dubai. They're known for their award winning skincare, amazing essential oils, herbal remedies like superfood greens and organic cocoa complex, supplements, herbal teas, arnica ,bath and body and more.  My whole family uses the NYR line and I have learned so much about turning to natural remedies and how essential oils can affect our minds as well as work on skin.
Falling asleep to the soothing scent of lavender or ylang ylang every night reminds me of how much I love using this line. You can feel good about not scenting your home, or body, with chemical filled products!
